I would like to order. What do I do now? (Our Process):
- Browse Our Collection: Explore our selection of prayer pillows available in three different sizes: 40cm x 40cm, 50cm x 50cm, and 60cm x 60cm.
- Choose Your Design: Select your preferred design from our beautiful collection. If you have your own artwork, feel free to upload it. You can also request a custom design for a small additional fee of R150.
- Fill Out the Order Form: Provide us with your contact details, along with any specific requests or additional information in the order form.
- Receive Your Invoice: Shortly after submitting your order, you’ll receive an invoice detailing your order and any customization fees.
- Make Your Deposit: Secure your order by paying a 50% deposit. Once we receive your payment, we’ll begin crafting your custom prayer pillow.
- Sit Back and Relax: Our team will start working on your order, ensuring every detail is perfect. Please note that our turnaround time is approximately three weeks from the date of deposit payment.
- Final Payment and Collection: Once your prayer pillow is ready, we’ll notify you to arrange the remaining balance payment. Once paid, you can collect your item or arrange for shipping if needed at an additional fee.
- Enjoy Your Custom Creation: Finally, enjoy your unique prayer pillow, crafted with care and personalized just for you. We hope it brings comfort and joy to your home.
